Really nice hotel, nice room, lovely decor. Only 2 fatal flaws, which are that the rooms really need soundproofing, as you can hear absolutely everything, and the surrounding area of the hotel is awful.

The lobby and concierge set the tone for the whole stay from first step. Grand hotel meticulous maintained, don’t ever think that you have to stay in District 1 when visiting Vietnam. Still so close to the centre and traditional style hotel.

Upgraded on arrival, lovely large, clean room. Easy access to local area and easy to get Grab into Le Loi area. We didn’t have any of our meals here but we hear it is outstanding so we will be back to stay for 2 nights after a trip around Vietnam.
