What a pleasant stay at Aliana! I was upgraded to a suite with such a nice view Sapa mountains. I was also given a late check out. Definitely will stay here again when I'm back.
One point to note is that the property is located further in and beside an old property that is run down. Be careful when you walk in towards Aliana. Since this is not controllable by Aliana, so just take note. (:

I would highly recommend staying at KK Sapa Hotel if you plan to travel to Sapa. The property is very clean. Buffet breakfast included diverse options for diners. All the staff we interacted with were warm, friendly and helpful. And the view from my room balcony was incredible.

We stood at this beautiful hotel for 3 nights and it was the perfect amount of time in Sapa. The staff were welcoming and the view from our room was outstanding. I loved the soaking in the bathtub after a long day of exploring, and the staff can come in to start a fire for you. There are no T.V.s so this is a great place to disconnect for a while. The restaurant was good, and the spa services were great as well. Overall this was a wonderful stay, we came in the winter but I can only imagine how beautiful it is in the spring and summer time.
