"Excellent welcome from reception staff. The lobby is truly spectacular. Had a great meal in the restaurant. Enjoyed the pool. We were only able to stay one night but would love to go back and explore Lyon properly"

"The room was very spacious and had excellent air conditioning. The shower was appropriate sized (vs those tiny tube sized showers in most of Europe). We did not hear others around us and slept well. We took advantage of the valet parking and truly appreciated that. We were able to easily walk and venture into Lyon from the location and felt very safe in our surroundings. The pillows were incredibly flat so I recommend asking for more. Easy fix"

"Very good location when arriving by train. Bit far from old town, but public trasportation works well. Rooms bit dated, but comfortable bed and airconditioning worked well on a hot day. "

"Only one complaint but probably not hôtels fault, but they phoned a taxi for me for a ten minute ride to Part Dieu train station, thé driver charged me €25 which was expensive !! "
