"The view is fantastic, and the management is very professional and helpful before, during and after your stay. Also, the yard in front is big and has a lot of toys and equipment for kids and family to use. The one thing I would take note of is that you cannot control the room heat on your own, because it is a pension and not a hotel. "트윈객실의 난방이 준비되지 않은 상태에서 예약을 받아 네시간 가량 난방을 하였음에도 침구류가 한기가 가득하여 도저히 취침이 불가능하여 퀸베드로 다운그레드하였음. 그럼에도 불구하고 어떠한 사과나 다운그레이한 방과의 차이액에 대한 보상은 없었음. "

"Nice location, close to acha-san from which you could get a good view from seoul. While very little english is spoken by the people i interacted with I managed to ask a couple question using using google translate and they were happy to accomodate. It is a relativelly cheap hotel in seoul so no major luxuries but also no nasty surprises"

"Amazing site, spacious rooms, we had a his/hers side, each with own bathroom, TV, and balcony: one side for couch, other for hot tub and bed! Free water, Let's Be coffee and Aloe drink, wifi was great as well. Manager very responsive, let me know site check in time was incorrect (arrived after 3pm), but allowed for earlier check in (usually 5pm I believe)."

"Staff was great, let me check in 3 hours earlier because my room was ready. My 3rd hotel in Korea and this was the cleanest one. Very happy, The street was full of restaurants in walking distance. Only thing i couldn’t work out until day 2 was the aircon remote was inter grade with TV remote Thank you Cream hotel for a wonderful stay"

"Booked Hotel Louize because there were no other hotels available on a holiday weekend. We were a group of friends that booked the 1 standard bed and 1 twin bed. The location was very convenient, the staff was very nice (but did not speak english), and the room was spacious for South Korea.
