area. Our only issue was that we asked for VIP upgrade to room facing the mountain. We were told there was “nothing available”. We were there for 3 nights and the hotel was pretty empty the whole time. Disappointing "

"Staying here is like a trip to paradise. The owners and staff are so hospitable. The grounds are a tropical garden with 4 hectares to wander on and enjoy. The food was of a French flavour and so tasty. There is a spa onsite too for massage and other treatments. This is the ideal place to stay if you are looking for a retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city. "

is nice to staff for helpful and polite. Parking was easy and free. All city views from the upper floors Oddly, there were no amenities provided in the bathroom, such as toothbrush or qtip, etc. Huge water Dispenser on the counter And kitchen with cookware but minimal. "

"From the moment we checked in we were treated like we were the most important guests in the hotel. The room was very nice and comfortable. The choices for breakfast were incredible. Lots of fresh fruit, light fare, heavier dishes, multi-national. Just terrific. If I had any issues during my stay, they were addressed immediately by the staff. My only complaint, and not the hotel’s fault, is that the street is very noisy with lots of honking. "
