"I enjoy my stay every time I visit Ho Chi Minh City. New World hotel is my first choice. Mr Quoc help me feel like a VIP. He helped me with reservations at a local restaurant and also set me up at a barber to get my haircut. What an experience. I love New World. The waitresses Thy Linh and Ann. and management Miss Yen in the whisper lounge are always the best."

"I took an upgrade offer to the newly renovated 'Salon' suites. It's similar to 'Club Room' level of service where you have a dedicated check in/out desk, but with a few more perks. Whilst I didn't need the extra perks, or the nicer room, it was cheap enough to go ahead anyway and I'm glad I did. The room was lovely, the service for anything needed felt 5*, and the process of checking in/out was so quick and easy. During our stay, Figo and Kaka (ex. global football stars) checked in for a night too. If it's good enough for them it's certainly good enough for me! "

"Fabulous hotel! Perfectly positioned and sensationally decorated - acres of marble - with incredible views over HCMC (our room was on the 34th floor). Breakfast is amazing - there’s no cuisine they don’t cater for, and the Cantonese restaurant was pretty fabulous too. The staff is lovely and very helpful, and the room staff keep everything spotless and inviting. A truly wonderful experience. "
