Incredible service by the staff... went out of their way to help us get through crowds and parades with luggage during road closures and parades. Great views from 2 of the three bedrooms, balconies everywhere... laundry machine came in handy and washing dried in half a day outside. Plenty of mineral water and a big swimming pool... restaurant too quiet for us but looked well organised. Thank you to all the staff!

Great Stay in a Spacious and Clean Apartment We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The staff was very friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The apartment itself was spacious and spotlessly clean, providing plenty of room to relax. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, it was perfect for our stay, offering both comfort and privacy. The beds were firm yet very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Overall, a fantastic experience—highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-maintained place to stay!

Nice stay, great staff!

This hotel was not quite what I expected, but it actually did grow on me after the first day. They called it service apartments, but I will not call it, it’s definitely a hotel. I would describe this as more vintage style than modern, but very well maintained. The staff is outstanding! They were always available, prompt, courteous, and incredibly friendly. The included breakfast was really nice, especially as you could order your own pho and banh mi. There are washers and dryers on each floor. The gym is well appointed and the pool is fantastic. It was a holiday week when I was here, so there were no crowds anywhere in the hotel.

五つ星ホテルと同等かそれ以上の設備と部屋なのに、この値段は安すぎるくらいです。スタッフは親切で常に感じがよく、朝食もとても美味しいです。プールとジム、サウナ、ジャグジーも広くて常に清潔でした。ホテル前の道が工事中で足元が悪いのが唯一の難点ですが、他は素晴らしい。

今回は、大人2名、子供2名で3泊利用しました。朝食はなしでしたが、近くにファミマやセブンイレブンがあり便利です。部屋がとても広くて、ベッドが2台、風呂トイレも2個あり、キッチンもついていてらとてもキレイで清潔でした。湯量も沢山出て問題ないです。ホテルのスタッフも皆さん丁寧で親切です。洗濯機と乾燥機もあるので、毎日洗濯できて便利です。とにかく快適すぎて、次回もまた利用したいです。ありがとうございました！

The rented apartment (2 bedroom) was clean and functional; no luxury but what you need is there. centrally located with easy access to all you want to see in HCM; the big plus is however the staff: everybody, from the security guard to the bell boy to the desk manager, all went out of their way to help when help needed; all were always extremely friendly and hospital; really a great team!

Tours to Mekong Delta picked up at this hotel. We stayed 12 th floor at back of hotel and it was quiet. Staff were very nice. The air conditioner in master bedroom was a little loud when compressor kicked in. The 2 bedrooms were large. Living room was large and had a large balcony. Pool area and hot tub clean. We felt the breakfast buffet was a little pricey so we did not eat there. Restaurants in area or you can take a Grab. Overall nice stay.

Top Appartements das beste was wir hatten.

Es war mit Abstand eines unserer beste. Aufenthalte. Neben besten Servic von Cuong, Trong und Nhat die einen tollen Service uns geboten hatten, hatten wir auch eine gute Lage alle haben hervorragendes Englisch gesprochen. Die Zimmer waren super und alles war Sauber. Wir werden definitiv nochmals kommen.

This place was great. we had a two bedroom suite with kitchen and living and dining room, two bathrooms and a clothes washer in unit. We got in super late and they were happy to accommodate our arrival time. The staff was helpful. The location is super convenient to get around.

マネージャーはじめホテルマンが素晴らしい。 部屋で洗濯をし、部屋干ししていたら(乾燥機もありますが)、ルームメークのスタッフが移動タイプの物干しを持ってきてくれました。 バルコニーでタバコを吸えるのはありがたい。 備え付けのテレビ、洗濯乾燥機も最初は少し戸惑うが慣れます。
