"We stayed in a room with the balcony which was spacious with a bright decor and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and went above and beyond, Dao, Alee and Sophia to mention a few. It was a joy to watch all of the staff looking so happy going about their job everyday with enthusiasm and a smile on their face. Breakfast was amazing, my wife is Asian and I am Western and we both looked forward every morning to the breakfast every morning. Rooftop lounge and pool topped off a very enjoyable week with great bar staff who remembered your order the next day. The hotel’s location is close and walkable to shopping centres, restaurants and Opera House. We will definitely be back."

"Second time of staying whilst in HCMC, didnt dissappoint. I was welcomed back (nice touch) given a higher floor (appreciated) and enjoyed the various facilities which, as always enjoyed the gym (good technogym) and spotless. Staff were lovely, helpful, and gave me the impression they love their jobs and looking after their customers. Nothing was too much trouble. Im back in VN in 6-8 weeks and this has become my first choice spot."

"Since Huong Sen and Its Annex are “hotel sisters”, I would give the same credit to The big Huong Sen as I did to the Annex. An awesome experience happened when our suitcases were transported over from the big HS to the Annex one as when we returned from a trip and rooms weren’t available at the big HS. Conveniency is always a plus! A big shout out to all staffers/security guards of both hotels"
