Au Lac Charner Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Had a great stay at Au Lac Charner in Saigon! Our late arrival was handled professionally and with friendliness. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding and the amenities like the pool, gym and spa were all excellent. I'd totally return to this hotel next time we're in Saigon."

Silverland Mây Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"★★★★★ Outstanding service and an amazing stay! If you’re considering Silverland Mây Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, don’t think twice—book it! Special thanks to Lily and Amy at the front desk, who made my reservation, check-in, and check-out seamless. They went above and beyond by recommending massage places, helping me navigate the city, and assisting me with local ride-hailing apps. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made a real difference. I also want to recognize Phuong at the spa and Trang at the spa reception, who made the experience especially welcoming. Everyone I encountered was warm, professional, and committed to guest comfort. If you’re staying in Ho Chi Minh City, Silverland Mây Hotel is an excellent choice. I highly recommend it and will remember the wonderful staff as much as the hotel itself!"

Saigon Prince Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Very polite, respectful, and professional staff. The room is spacious and clean with modern decor. The shower doesn’t drain well, so sometimes it floods up to your ankle. When you turn off the shower, it usually drains in about five minutes. The window isn't airtight so that you will get street noise, and there’s a club next door with music on sometimes until 11 PM. Overall, we love this hotel and highly recommend it for its location, location, location; spacious, clean room with modern decor; professional staff; and reasonable rates. This is it."
