"I must say, just SPECTACULAR AND AMAZING service throughout. Great and genuine smiles. They go out of their way to get doors, elevators, take pictures for you, even printed us out a picture on Valentines Day. The location is on a fun and busy street - great massage and food places nearby. One of my favorite stays of my Vietnam trip. It was about $100 plus USD a night, just a great deal overall and I'd highly recommend. Very clean and cozy as well."

"The staff stand out at this hotel - so helpful and welcoming. Our room was spotless and very spacious. Great location too. Breakfasts and afternoon tea were really good - changed daily and lots of choice. My only criticism was the WiFi - it was painfully slow. To be fair the hotel tried to improve it and offered us a change of room "
