When it detached, it broke part of the ceramic fixture, which then fell onto my foot and caused a bleeding injury. I am currently pregnant, which made the situation especially concerning. This appears to be a maintenance oversight that should have been identified and addressed prior to guest arrival, particularly at a five-star property. Additionally, a staff member indicated that this type of issue “happens all the time,” which raises further concerns about ongoing safety standards. I will not be returning to this hotel. "
