A beautiful hotel in a perfect location for all the usual tourist attractions. Staff extremely attentive and welcoming. Have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. The pool and spa are beautiful. Balcony riverfront room is a must to watch the traffic go by

We chose the hotel for its historic architecture and it didn’t disappoint, absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately our room given on check in was in the wing being renovated and had very noisy dryers running outside to dry wet carpet, they changed our room without fuss. Delicious breakfast, great location, easy walking to restaurants, Ben Than market etc

Enjoyed my stay with my 2 children. Comfortable beds, good size room & bathroom. Buffet style breakfast good variety of local & continental breakfast. Staff were lovely- warm, welcoming & helpful. Good central location in a good part of the city - district 1. The SPA was good and relaxing - however it looked a little tired. The 2 rooftop restaurants had good views of the river & good food. Overall good place to stay.

It's a beautiful, old hotel. They are undergoing renovations at the moment. There were challenges with the back of house staff. The front of the house was wonderful - reception and the bellmen couldn't have been kinder and more helpful. They do upcharge for the health club. Rooms were very clean.

Great location, the staff were helpful and attentive at all times! We spent a wonderful few days at the Majestic!! The M Bar on the 9th floor was a top spot for afternoon drinks to escape the heat!
