Nguyên Phuöng recognized me from a previous hotel stay from 2 years prior and it was like meeting an old friend. The staff in the executive lounge were amazing as well."

"The hotel is extremely well situated - you can walk to most attractions. The room was clean, a good size and very comfortable. The shower was interesting as the curtain didn't go all the way around so the floor did get a bit wet - but there are plenty of towels. The afternoon tea was a nice touch and the pool area, even though it got difficult to get a seat later in the afternoon, it was good to cool down in after a busy day."
