"We decided to stay here for our first ever trip to Vietnam and we’re very glad we did! All the staff have been so kind, helpful, and attentive. The room was very clean and comfortable and they decorated it not only for our arrival but once again for my boyfriend’s birthday. We can’t thank the staff enough, they’ve been truly wonderful. Additionally, the hotel is located within walking distance to many hot spots. The breakfast buffet served was delicious and changed every morning. We will definitely stay here again!"

"The room was spacious—I even had a large balcony. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had great pressure. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. My only complaint was the breakfast. For a boutique hotel with everything else so fantastic, the same sliced oranges, pasta salad and bread for toast each day was disappointing."

"When I travel, what makes it special is the team, the staff, the people! This hotel has this and more! Kent and his team were incredible. What a beautiful hotel in the heart of it all. Its local, genuine and the facilities are just right. From breakfast to the pool, amazing massages, outdoor shower and beautiful smiles. Walking distance to everything. If you want a place that welcomes you with smiles, marshmellow beds and location, look no further. 10 out of 10. We will be back."
