"Our recent leisure family trip to Ho Chi Minh City was made absolutely unforgettable, all thanks to the incredible team at the Silverland Saiko Hotel. Traveling with my wife and daughter to celebrate a very special day, we were blown away by the superb hospitality from every single staff member we encountered. From the moment we first stepped into the hotel until the very last day of our stay, we were ushered in with the warmest receptions. The doormen, concierge, front desk, and hotel hosts constantly went above and beyond, making the time and effort to ensure our stay was deeply memorable. A massive, heartfelt thank you to the team for the special birthday gesture shown to my spouse. The surprise singing and performance—led by the wonderful Charlie Khang, Duy Anh, and Như—was a beautiful highlight that we will cherish forever! I also want to give a special mention to Trang and Sophie for being such phenomenal, attentive hostesses throughout our stay. And a huge shoutout to Tri and all the late-night bell hops who greeted us with genuine warmth and enthusiasm every single night when we returned late. Thank you so much to the entire team."

"The hotel is well-located. My room has a partial view of the Saigon River. It's pretty and relaxing. I enjoyed the large number of great restaurants on Ngo Van Nam Street and also Nguyen Sieu Street. The room was clean and room service was excellent. The bedding was great. I slept well. The staff was helpful and welcoming. I enjoyed my 4-night stay in June 2026."

"This property is placed perfectly. It’s peace and quiet around the area yet not far from any of the malls and markets. Lily went out of her way to ensure me and my daughter had an amazing stay. I will definitely stay here again. Oh, this was the best bed in Vietnam and I stayed in 5 different hotels. 10/10, definitely recommend."
