I really enjoyed my second time staying at the Silverland Sakyo. Stayed for an entire week. The staff at the Sakyo is top notch! The room was very comfortable and very quiet. If you like Japanese cuisine the location is very convenient to lots of Japanese restaurants. Will come back again.

Our stay at Silverland Sakyo surpassed my expectations, from airport pick up, to checking in, welcome drinks and afternoon tea. All the staff were very attentive to our needs including just a simple opening the door to getting the elevator for you, from waiting for your grab to arrived. They won’t let you stay outside while waiting they will wait for you. The room is spacious, the bidet is the biggest factor on us booking the hotel. Free minibar and afternoon tea. Vietnamese hospitality is out of this world. It made us feel like royalty. I will recommend.

The staff here is absolutely amazing, from arrival to departure. Clean room, free breakfast, minibar, and foot massage were included in our package. The nice personal note in our room by the staff upon entering was just the treat to kick my birthday weekend off. Loved staying here - the last place we stayed on our honeymoon in Vietnam. When we arrived we were greeted with a cold cup of juice and very friendly staff. The room was lovely, with a japanese toilet and a bath! Breakfast was a real highlight, with an amazing selection of food and condiments. We also loved being able to come back from a day out in the humid city to the rooftop with the heated jacuzzi pool to chill out.

The most amazing stand out factor from the Silverland Sakyo has to be the staff. They are attentive, friendly and knowledgeable with local recommendations. Overall the Japanese vibe of the hotel is beautiful and the rooftop bar is fantastic, we spent New Years Eve on the roof and had an amazing view of the fireworks on the river. I would 100% recommend the Silverland Sakyo for anyone who wants a well located and welcoming hotel in Saigon

The staff is great !! Helpful and kind The room feels claustrophobic without windows and not even a picture in wall ( room 502 ) The area is good , definitely not for families The bathtub shower need repairs , when you step in make noises ( cracking feel ) I like district #1 but I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again.
