Staffs were always friendly and helpful. The hotel staffs are super!!! The hotel is close to the airport, has A little park next to the hotel, and nice, quite street at the hotel!!! I would love if the hotel changes the breakfast menu often. My husband and I had to keep eating the same food every morning

Over-all, good stay. Wifi was meh, works maybe 20% of the time. Front desk agents have the attitude of "I hope he doesn't talk to me" when approaching the desk. Wouldn't make eye contact unless initiated. Concierge guys were super friendly. The buffet was great, love the morning sardines! Fitness center was a joke, should not be advertised as one

Room was clean and comfortable, but check in was impersonal and whenever you walked through the reception no one spoke with you or acknowledged you. They have 2 buildings and nothing saying which building check-in is at, so we like many went to the newer building but were sent to the older tireder building. We were not explained breakfast times or location or about hotel facilities. I would avoid this hotel and pay more to stay nearer the city centre

The free breakfast buffet was good but lack variety. It was the same menu the fives days we're there. Room service was convenient in all hours and reasonable priced. Overall the hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms and the facility was clean and orderly. Their concierge was also very helpful in tour and excursion choices.
