Good location and price
Good value for the money - this is a good place. No restaurants in but Nextdoor. The night market is right there. The front desk has beautiful girls in charge. It’s clean and efficient for the price.

Tv and lightings are not properly oriented or position. Aircon seems not cool. Access is very narrow.

The property is kept very clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The neighborhood feels safe, and is close to the night market. I would stay here again in the future.

This is our preferred hotel when staying in Davao. Pricing is good. Location has great local dining experiences. Local transportation is always available.

Excellent value. Very clean. Good air conditioning, hot shower and well located if you want to go to the night markets. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

I've stayed at more than 10 hotels and resorts in the Davao area. The "C" is by far the best value! Nice size room and bath! A/c and hot water! Visually appealing! Walking distance to Night Market. This is our new #1! We will stay here again!

My experience in the hotel was terrible. From start, it was not good. 1). I went for check-in after 12:00 pm, they checked me in without saying anything but after 30 minutes they called me in and said that i checked in 2 hour early because hotel check-in time is 2pm and i have to pay early check-in fee ( why didn't tell me before? i would have gone to nearby restaurant and would have checked in 2pm). 2). Wifi in the hotel was terrible, i called the hotel twice, they said somebody will fix it, but nothing happened. This hotel has wifi but don't work at all. to open google search page, it will take 5 minutes. 3). There was ants and bugs everywhere in the room. even in beds i found ants and cockroaches crawling. this was my worst experience in Philippines.

Great location. Excellent value. Wonderful staff. Super new property. Housekeeping should use a checklist to make sure they don’t forget bath mats and that they don’t leave the toilet running after making up the room.

Ok Hotel, noicy guests
Its an ok Hotel for the price, the neighbour though was very noicy and Screaming, there is a door between the 2 rooms, wich does you can here everything, Hotel is ok but drunk people next door made it terrible.
