Very nice hotel. Excellent view of Davao City from the upper floors. Not on a main road so traffic noise is minimal. The only complaint would be the breakfast offerings when included in the room rate. Quite limited and the manager would let my wife pay extra for an upgrade. But the hotel is impeccably clean and service is top notch.

The hotel is close to everything I need - grocery, laundry. Transportation is also very accessible- taxi, tricycles, jeepney. Staff are quick to respond & provide assistance. Very happy with my stay.

The staff were excellent, however the hotel was not. Little or no hot water. Room safe had to be repaired. I reservation was for queen bed, but all they had was twin beds. No swimming pool on site. Food was ok. No where for two to eat in room. Had to eat in bed. TV remotes was not working when I arrived. Needed batteries. No fresh towels daily. House keeping came once in 3 days.

The highlight of our stay in this hotel is the staff. They're kind and polite. We bought take-out food and we didn't have utensils but they generously lent us plates and spoon with napkin. But the place could use some fixing. The shower needs replacement especially the knob that keeps falling off. TV has built-in cable in it but the channels are too few. Also too small for it to be placed high up near the ceiling. If your purpose is only to sleep here, this is for you but kinda pricey for a backpacker. If your purpose is to have a staycation, there are better hotels out there. Not so much entertainment inside the hotel and even in the nearby areas.

Staff were amazing and, friendly. Shower in 314 was beyond small. My partner had trouble fitting and she is small. Im amazed they rent that room at all. Outside of that location is good transport easy. Food we had was good.

I really like staying at this hotel. It has a great atmosphere and the staff are very friendly and professional as well. With that being said, there could be a bit more attention paid to the maintenance of the facility. There is a glass partition (room 214) that separates the toilet from the shower which works well except that the glazing seal at the bottom of the glass is worn out and partially missing which when the shower water rolls down the glass it flows out and floods the bathroom floor. The towel hook in the bathroom needs to be re-secured to the wall as well as the soap tray in the shower. Also, even though you booked your room to include breakfast, expect to wait until after the other “cash paying” patrons have been served first.

Best hotel in Davao
It is the best hotel in Davao City. Staff were very polite, the food at the resto was great, will stay in this hotel next visit to Davao.

I did not get chance to change my dates although I tried to contact Expedia within 24 hours of booking. I wS told they cannot reach Expedia either. That is not the case with other facilities. The food was not that great and their entertainment facilities were not that great. I did not see a swimming pool. People were very friendly.
