Building reeks of weed. Shower faucet was broken and had to change rooms. Second room tv remote did not work. Bathroom light flickered so bad I could have had a seizure. Room was clean though. Beds comfortable.

Not a bad visit

Overall, the visit was good on July 26-27. The check in and check out at the Kiosk was ok, but at times it seemed a hard to hear the staff. Both Jeremy and Mia were awesome, they were both polite and didn't mind repeating themselves. The rooms were clean and quiet. Parking was a little tight for big vehicles.

My friend and I had a good stay...The pool was salt water. We didn't get a Continental breakfast and the coffee they did offer was barely warm...But we would stay again.

I had talked to a person on a laptop to sign in which I think is very impression. There is a person that is in the hotel area sheets, head bad things and disgusting these hoes in the door looks like it needs to get fixed up.the pool was in good shape though

Room was sufficient. Pool had dirt in bottom, and pool area wasn’t well-maintained. No elevator, so keep that in mind for accessibility and luggage. Convenient location and good price. Right next to McDonalds.

Red Roof Inn & Suites Middletown - Franklin is not the best motel, it’s not the worst. The room was large and fairly clean and not too expensive and the staff was friendly so if that’s what you’re looking for then this is the place. A remote human in a robot iPad screen checks you in but if anything goes wrong there is an actual human onsite. The lobby and stairwell smell of cigarettes and slight mold, there is no elevator and we could never get on their wifi but as I said, we were just looking for a large, inexpensive room with two beds to throw our things in and sleep at night so Red Roof Inn worked for our needs.

We liked the overall cleanliness, the beds were alright but could be more comfortable. The linens were clean and adequate. The bathroom was clean too. Overall a good place, right on I75.

Was able to book a room at the last minute quickly and easily. Also greeted by friendly staff and a pleasant lobby area. The room was very nice, all updated amenities, however the coffee pot provided in the room did not work. Overall, a great stay and I plan on going back

Decent location just off the interstate and near food options. Basic but clean rooms. Had a problem with the heater and they changed our rooms immediately.
