"Went on a Sunday all restaurants close early except one. "

"This is a completely renovated property.. The desk people were good. My issue was breakfast.. they said it opened at 6:30.. I was there at 7 am and nothing was out except for dry cereal and near frozen muffins.. uckkk No coffee at all no where to be seen, and no employees around except for desk person and she seemed to be on the phone with a customer.. So I left and found a Starbucks.. uggg"

"Absolutely disgusting hotel, non responsive staff, loud work crew guests drinking outside of your window after 10:30 at night! Horrible breakfast. Filthy rooms. Manager refuses to speak to you. They're turning this into a nasty extended stay dive. FYI, they keep the pool locked, look but don't touch!"

"My room was not ready when I arrived it was more than 2 hour later before it was ready"

"Disappointing. Check-in for one of 2 rooms, not directly side-by-side as requested, was delayed due to housekeeping not indicating it was ready. Dust on shelving, hair on floor and desk lamp didn't work. Coffee pot missing pod tray, 2 countertops not cleaned, and missing Do Not Disturb tag. Only 1 hanger and no iron provided. Otherwise was fine."

"The hotel was very quiet. Perfect for a night before a big meeting in Lake Charles. There are a few food service places nearby. The check-in staff was fabulous!!! The breakfast was wonderful. I would absolutely stay again. Bring your own toiletries though. "

"Front desk was phenomenal & staff was very friendly. The breakfast was really good and the pool was nice. The pool area and front lobby/breakfast area was clean and up to date. The rooms need updating badly/ there was peeling paint in the tub and I did not feel like the surfaces in the room were cleaned. There was mold and years of dust all along the bathroom door. As a former Holiday inn express employee I expected more from the cleanliness of the rooms. I don’t think I would’ve wanted to stay longer than my 2 night stay. "
