"The staff were very nice and helpful. The restaurants were very well run and all of the food and drinks were outstanding. The room was very clean and well stocked. The only suggestion would be that they hire window cleaners for the outside. They were very dirty and moldy. "

"Questioning the cleanliness practices. Shower walls and around side and bottom of shower mold that could easily be avoided if properly cleaned between guests, or at least once a week. Made me leery of standing on floor of shower. What possible germs might be the result of not sanitizing? One bath towel. No shower soap in dispenser. Obviously not being cleaned by room personnel, nor being under the oversight of a supervisor. Toilet bowl not stable to the floor. "
