"We had a terrible experience. We went to check in for our reserved room at Hotel La Noire. at 3:00 pm . After signing in and paying the city tax, the reservation clerk told us our room was not at the property.. She had a key, led us out the front door , across the canal to a different street in a seedy neighborhood to a building with a pizza parlor underneath where she pointed our room would be.

"This is an exceptional place and would say it brought me some good memories.
Organic locally sourced breakfast is indeed something it’s hard to find and this place has it all. Marmalade recipes should be protected.
Very comfortable stay in quiet suburbs of Rotterdam with beautiful pond on the other side of the road.
Only be mindful of check in restrictions. Owners accommodated my last minute request but Hotels.com/expedia should do a better job to communicate constraints regarding the rules...

"The room overlooking the camel was lovely: seeing the sun break through the clouds with the church in the background. The location was also fantastic: so easy to walk from train station and to so many great areas within Delft.
