After signing in and paying the city tax, the reservation clerk told us our room was not at the property.. She had a key, led us out the front door , across the canal to a different street in a seedy neighborhood to a building with a pizza parlor underneath where she pointed our room would be. "Uma das estadias mais acolhedoras e atenciosas que tivemos. A localização do hotel é excelente. Central se faz muitas coisas a pé. Tem transporte público acessível bem próximo. As instalações são ótimas. O atendimento aos hóspedes e a atenção dispensada não tem igual, é singular. Fomos apoiados em tudo o que precisamos e recebemos diversos mimos durante nossa estadia.
