"The room was clean and acceptable. The room had a broken door lock and the curtains needed adjustment because they wouldn’t close but was repaired upon request. Parking was pricey Service was excellent including valet, cleaning and front desk. It would be more comfortable to have front desk attendants at the front desk, many times they were in the back room adjoining and less accommodating "

"The room was great, we had a free upgrade. We ate at Gordon Ramsey Steak, the meal was amazing! We had breakfast at Starbucks, conveniently located in the lobby. Would definitely recommend this hotel. We will be returning on our next trip to Vancouver."
