Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
At first glance, looks like old world charm with the lush overcrowded plants in the limited space courtyard. Mold covers walls in room, absolutely filthy bathroom that hasn't been scrubbed since opening, staff violate boundaries, personal space, and privacy. Did not include the free breakfast. They ended up not charging me because they didn't want me to review, however this place is unsafe. There's no security at night, the doors & windows are on slide runners with no proper locking mechanism. The small window latch is broken and held together by an allens wrench. You can jiggle it & it opens. The same for front window, easy to just slide the window panes open. There's no gate to the property so anyone can come in after late night & just open your room.

De STAFF is uitmuntend zeer vriendelijk en altijd HELPFUL > ik kom hier al 6 jaar als ik in Sanur ben. De Warung heeft eenvoudige maar heerlijke maaltijden en het ontbijt is met volkorenbrood en ZEER gezond en LEKKER ! Speciale dank aan Pennie : )
