Wonderful stay! Staff were friendly and helpful. It’s right off 16th Street Mall so location is convenient to many things. Plan to stay here again next time we are in town.

The staff was great and very accommodating. We took the train into Denver and the hotel held onto our luggage prior to check in and after check out so we could wander around downtown without dragging our luggage with us. The room was clean and comfortable though we did end up with a view of a stucco wall 8 feet outside our 6th floor room. But views aside we had no complaints. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Would stay again.

The AC system needs to be fixed, I barely slept 12 hours for 3 nights combined! The AC is locked at 68 degrees and the room was pretty warm which makes it extremely hard to fall asleep.

Great stay downtown.

I loved my stay at this property. The staff was friendly and helpful. The property was clean, quiet, and the parking was secure and the price was great. It was close to the venue I was going to and the area was safe to walk around in also. This hotel was close to many restaurants. I will definitely stay here again!
