Not bad. Room js great. Old elevators super slow therefore long waits during busy hours. Sketchy neighborhood. Many of the area hotels accept vouchers for the unhoused people. So some very odd folks

The a/c didn’t work, the toilet didn’t work, the tv didn’t work. There wasn’t even a trash can in the room.

Stains on Sheets / bedding. Stains on towels, Staff was RUDE and spoke to each other about their upcoming weekend instead of promptly helping the two people in line. ZERO like "home" . Attempted to book another hotel after one night, sold out in surrounding area due to graduation. Not again, thought I would save some money, my learning experience to say the least.

This is the sketchiest place I’ve ever stayed. We weee work up repeatedly with yelling and fighting. Also with marijuana being smoked very near to the room so that it was making us feel nauseated. The bathroom door would not close AT ALL. Wide open. The comforters and the rest of the room was NOT clean. We got up and left at 6:00 am because the e couldn’t stand to be there abt longer. It should not be rented. It was absolutely awful.

Maybe one of the scariest places I’ve ever stayed, there was roaches, urine stains on the bed and a homeless man sleeping in the stairwell. I almost cried but it was late at night so I didn’t have any other options. Slept with my keys next to me for in case I needed a weapon.

The room was absolutely disgusting, exposed electrical wires where a light was missing, smoke detector battey was missing and battery door open, toilet was loose...no housekeeping at all during our stay.....place is an absolute waste of money...should be demolished

Air conditioner did not work, room was probably 95+ degrees, elevator out of service, previous guests food still in refrigerator, checked out after less than 2 hours and was denied any sort of help or refund.

DO NOT STAY HERE

The stay was terrible. I booked for 3 nights and stayed for one night because there was no other choices. Black mold, wood rot, peeling paint, no functioning outlets or tv. I checked out the next morning and the front desk receptionist said they would leave a note for management about my refund. Now they are saying I never checked out or complained.

The room was subpar to say the least. You get what you pay for and there were no clean towels in the room, there appeared to be blood on the floor, and many, many transient folks in the area. The staff is amazing and a joy to work with, just the property itself was less than desirable.

The room was so bad, I booked for a week and never stayed. Since I never moved in, the hotel charged me my additional deposit - for what? I never stayed in the room. Terrible stay, terrible hotel. Worst in the city. Don’t stay!!!
