Staff who checked us is was extremely nice and welcoming. Not the cleanest bathroom, beds were a bit squeaky, other guests were loud, but for the price the hotel did the job and was the most affordable option to red rocks. I would do a quick stay again if I was going to a concert and needed somewhere to sleep.

Beds were comfortable, including the pullout couch. Breakfast was good. Hotel was clean. They accommodated us whenever we needed something that wasn't in our room.

I stayed for a week, and was able to work comfortably at odd hours with little outside noise and was appreciative of good working a/c! I was without a car and was kindly given a room near the Front Desk, as I had a lot of baggage!

Do not stay here!! It is not like the pictures at all! It is unsafe! We arrived after 9 pm and the front lobby was closed; when we called, the gal came to the door but wouldn’t even come out herself. She would only open the door an inch or two, wide enough to pass a paper we had to sign and the room key. There were vagrants all around. The non-smoking room we were given smelled of cigarettes and had burn marks all throughout the bathroom. We decided to cancel our stay. I will say the general manager who I spoke with a few days later was kind and refunded two of the three nights without a lot of trouble, but we had to pay the first night even though we didn’t stay there. We were so relieved to stay somewhere else that we almost didn’t care.

Staff is great, large rooms, clean grounds for the most part. Cleanliness could get a bit of a step up, but ok. If you came to visit in past years here you probably wouldn't have wanted to come back but I actually feel safe here, there's all different walks of life here as far as people go, and I would recommend staying here.

Room smelled of chemical, cat urination, throw-up, and rotting animal i mean terrible. This place has no idea of what cleanliness is as everything in the room was dirty and stained keep in mind i only was in the room for only ten minutes before i walked out and stayed in a much cleaner better hotel

What I didn't like??? Huuummmm! I don't even know where to start....If you like to listen to yelling, cursing, and watching drug deals go down stay here. If you like sleeping on a double bed sitting on a queen size bedframe stay here. If you want to plug in any eletrical item into a plug make sure your life insurance is up to date because the room we had the plugs in's were broken and falling apart....just save yourself a headache and stay away from Cofax Street.
