The staff was most accommodating and friendly! I was not pleased with the Accessible room that I was given. I did not request this type of room and I do not enjoy the accessible amenities that these type rooms offer. The airport shuttle service which I signed up for was prompt and most accommodating.

The manager Tom was very rude. Upon check in he kept telling me he doesn’t have any vacancies. I told him I have a reservation. He said no rooms available. But would charge me 30.00 to get the room ready sooner. Once I checked in the room the linens was soiled with blood, soiled for clean linen he pulled more blood soiled linens from another room stating there is no clean linen at the ready. He the told me I was free to leave. This was a long story cut short.
