"Excellent from start to finish! Check-in process efficient, room was spotless and VERY comfortable, WIFI worked great, elevators were fast and smooth. Only downside was VALET-ONLY parking ($59). Hotel is a 2-block walk from 16th Street Mall and 20 minute walk to Union Station. We'd definitely use this hotel again. "

"If you want a fantastic hotel with comfy beds, free excellent breakfast and steps from the Ball Arena then stay here. Also the burger at the restaurant there was so good we had it for dinner both nights. Next concert I’ll definitely stay there again!"

"The apartment was perfect, clean, spacious, and next to Whole Foods and the Train. The only thing we didn’t like was the code for the doors to get in, elevator, and apartment door were so long. One of our stays we had separate codes so it was a lot to remember."
