"On the night I checked in they called me that my takeaway arrived and they will deliver to my room, then mysteriously my meal disappeared, hotel staff said it was delivered to the hotel next door, which are belonged to the same group with them, and he would get the food for me from the next door, and nothing came after that, I worked till 3am and went to bed hungry. I paid full price for the horrible day, without food and sleep. The worst experience ever. "
