"My room had bed bugs. Needless to say, I didn't stay. They only refunded 4 of 5 nights. I'm still waiting for the refund of the 5th night. You can't expect me to stay in a place with need bugs! Oh, and there was also hair on the bed and the bathroom floor. I had to get a different hotel at 11p.m. ..."

"Staff was lovely, we got the best room with the best balcony overlooking the pool area... it was the most private. Loved that! My only issue was that the coffee maker in the room did not work. I tried many times."
