"The location is excellent and the staff polite and welcoming but we found cleanliness needs to be improved. The rugs were not properly vacuumed, there is dust on the corners, dust on furniture, soap scum in the shower floor, light switches had handprints, top of bedboard had black dust as well as the picture frames. I had to wipe all surfaces with Lysol wipes. The shower handle was coming off, there was hot water but very little pressure. The complimentary breakfast was ok, but they start removing items 30 minutes before it closes. The staff in the breakfast room works very hard but this morning were overwhelmed with a tour bus leaving. I think the redeeming factor of this property is the location. Free parking is a plus and you can walk to shops and restaurants. Inspite of this all, it's acceptable if you don't mind the cleanliness factor."

"We were pretty upset when we returned to our room and up above us was loud music and jumping on the floor that continued for hours. we complained, there was another room who complained but they didn’t stop to make a long story short we ended up having to change rooms in the middle of the night. We paid for a suite and ended up in a regular room. Front desk Staff was amazing and the gentleman that I believe worked as maintenance was great, however, housekeeping, and a couple of other ladies from the kitchen were extremely rude and not friendly at all. "
