"Check in was easy and welcoming. However, the keycard did not work and I called reception and then I had to go back downstairs for them to actually register the keycard. The facilities were good with a nice and spacious gym and pool with a refreshing water machine to drink at your disposal. There are plenty of coffee shops and restaurants in this hotel but not much around the area. The most disappointing thing would have had to have been the breakfast service. "A great hotel situated at the best end of the promenade offering beautiful views of the sea and flame towers (sea view rooms). Breakfast is lavish and the staff go out of their way to accomodate different food choices (we are vegetarians). Only on one day room was not serviced and had to remind them for it."

"Very quiet, breakfast was good. Nice rooftop area for breakfast with view. Room is ok but shower doors leak and flood the bathroom. Bathroom has a sewage sweet at times. Good location but a bit hard to find."
