"Great location and super convenient parking area. You can simply walk from airport to hotel. However, the staff needs major training. I have stayed here multiple times and have had multiple challenges. Last time, I was traveling with a young single female assistant from UK. She had her own room and the hotel gave another man a key to her room, who walked in on her while she was showering! She was traumatized and called my room panicking when she couldn't get staff to help. I went to front desk and complained. They shrugged it off as a mistake. They did NOTHING to make it right. No follow up. No compensation for the young female. NOTHING. Horrible staff. "

"The property was pet friendly which is number one to us. It’s a nice quiet area not far from attractions in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. It’s always clean and the staff is super nice. We stay here every year (sometimes more than once)."

"Room was clean, a bit dated but ok. I had paid for the room when I booked it and was informed I must pay $100 deposit that I would get back if room was not damaged. That is fine, however I assumed I would get the $100 back the next day at check out. No. it took several days and I don't like the fact they took more of my money after it was paid and it taking several days to get back"

"The room was in good condition. The mattress was on a metal platform! When I leaned against it it slid way over the edge. The mattress was not as comfortable as when my husband and I stayed in July/August of 2025."

"The hotel and room were very clean. Right across the highway from the airport and offers a free shuttle. There are no frills and most of the guests are long-term renters. Therefore, you will have a mixture of smells due to multiple units cooking. We stay for a conference that was located at the hotel at the airport. Our do not stay cost less than one night at the airport hotel and only took 3 to 5 minutes to get there good value."
