"1. I asked for a 5:30am wake-up call for early morning airport drop off. NO WAKE-UP CALL ! To me, this drops the hotel rating to 0, cause this is basic hotel service! No excuse! 2. I asked the front desk why no Wi-Fi signal. Front desk made no effort to address the problem. Said she was going to call the supervisor but made no attempt.
