"The guy at checkin was outstanding. It was our anniversary and he left us a handwritten note, balloons and chocolates on our pillow! How nice is that? He was very personable, knowledgeable and helpful. Hotel itself was wonderful too... excellent location as it's close to SNTB central so perfect for day trips to Bruges and Luxemborg and very walkable to Grand Place where all the restaurants and shops are. It's far enough away from the Place that you don't get the crowds, but close enough to walk within 5-10 minutes. Rooms were spacious and updated. Bed and pillows were comfy. would definitely stay there again. Lived up to its 9.2 rating!!!"

A wonderful variety and great quality that really stood out. The hotel is located near the North Station, which is convenient for travel, though personally, I would opt for public transport or a taxi rather than walking from there. The city centre is about a 15-20 minute walk away, which is quite manageable, and there’s also a bus stop nearby that makes getting around even easier."

Chegamos em Bruxelas 1,5h antes das 15h, mas já pudemos fazer o check-in e ocupar o quarto. Ótima estadia do primeiro ao últmo dia. Pretendemos voltar."

"This was my favorite stay ever! The property is in a PERFECT location - right in the heart of beautiful Brussels. It also has a unique and enchanting decor. But perhaps most important aspect was the owner, Ben. He is magical. He is hilarious and full of joy. I cannot wait to return!!!!!!"

"The hotel is excellent. It is above the Brussels Midi Train Station, so it is very convenient for traveling to other cities/towns. It is a 22-minute walk to the Grand Place, which is a little far from the tourist attractions and top restaurants."
