Fantastic hotel in Siem Reap. Walking distance of a wide range of restaurants (whether you want the noise and hustle of pub street or something quieter) but nice and quiet. The rooms are modern, well equipped and clean and the restaurant and pool are great to relax. What really makes the place though is the staff; welcoming, smiling and always attentive. Thoroughly recommended for a Siem Reap getaway.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at Shangri-La Phnom Penh with our family, and the overall experience was excellent. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, friendly, and made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. Both check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free, which set a great tone for the visit. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety, although there were no Indian options available by default. The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere and is very clean. The pool is beautiful. There is a wide selection at breakfast. It was one of the best hotel stays we have ever had as a family.

Close to night-life streets but not too close so it's quieter (one tuktuk away). Love the roof top pool and bar. Room is big. Sadly lots of insects tend to come in at night even with windows closed. Also, not much food options nearby. We walked few blocks around hotel but no decent local cafes. Would like to recommend staff, his name is Kasak. Very friendly, helpful and hospitable!

We had a lovely stay at Central Suite thanks to the awesome team led by Ms Sokha (GM) and Ms Lina (Front office manager) who went all the went out to make our stay extra comfortable. Upon knowing its our birthday trip, they decorated the room and even surprised us with a birthday cake in our room with their crew!
