"When we checked in, the person on duty told us our room was just to the right…. Turns out it was all the way down at the end of the hall, so we could have parked down there instead of carrying our luggage so far, but at the same time there were people smoking at that entrance, so every time someone came in and out, the smoke drifted into our room.
Sheets had stains on them, the bathroom sink barely drained at all. The mattress sunk down in the middle and instead of regular pillow, there were a bunch of small weird ones.
We went to breakfast fairly early, but the quality and amount available were both poor. The waffle maker had no instructions so there was a crowd of people messing up waffles and taking so much time that we could not make one before leaving. The sausage was kind of white inside and did not even look like real meat, and the bacon ran out early and no more was put out.
I realize this was not a 4 star property, but cleanliness and maintenance can’t be compromised.
The best thing I can say about this property is that the water pressure in the shower was good."
