"First room that was given to me had no tv, no hair dryer and no safe box, plus the room was small. After 2 hours of waiting, I was transferred to another room which was bigger and had all the missing amenities. External noise is easily heard within the room especially if you have a noisy neighbour, like I did. The room rate was expensive considered the room. You can find better deals elsewhere."

"1st time stay here. This hotel managed by Pelita Samudera now. Well maintained. They upgrade me to kings room. Good aircond and clean room. The staff alSo nice. Free parking here. For food u can just order from foodpanda a lot of choices as it near to Bandar Perda. Overall i can say this hotel is excellent and worth the price 😁"
