"Immediately after noticing that there was no working air conditioning in my room I went back to the front desk in hope for a solution. I was told that there was not another room available for me that had air conditioning and that this was my only option. I requested for a cancellation but my request was refused. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever come across and would never recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Our stay at Anotolia Charming was so amazing, the room and the service were both superb. Only a short stroll from the old port with shopping and restaurants and an amazing vibe all round. The lady at the desk was so helpful and assisted us with several local calls to retrieve some items we had left on another island - we can't thank her enough!! "Great hotel with many facilities. Lots of pools, nice spa, great gym and nice grounds. The restaurants are good and many options. Unfortunately they don’t label the foods in the buffet well. This makes it hard for vegans, people with allergies etc, I am sure they could do a little better on this! "
