"Minoa Palace in Chania is one of the best resorts out there. All the staff are so kind and hospitable. A special thank you to Almera, who took care of our stay from day one until our departure; she is so kind and one of the best at what she does. Thank you also to Labrini (I hope I'm spelling their name correctly). The accommodation was beautiful, located right in front of the beach, and we had a private pool & private cabana by the beach that was exclusively for us during our stay. The food was excellent. The location is the best. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Elafonisi beach, arranged by the wonderful receptionist; our trip to the pink sand beach was a highlight. I would stay here again and highly recommend it. Thank you for your VIP treatment of us; I can’t thank you enough. Thank you, everyone!"

"I had a wonderful time at the hotel! I loved the spa, the pool and had the best night sleeps! It is a shame that the main restaurant does not serve a real espresso from ground coffee beans as it would have been nice to enjoy a good cup of coffee with the wonderful breakfast, but despite this, I will happily return to the hotel"

"The staff were all wonder! And the breakfast in the morning was fabulous! Room was simple, but quite small. I was alone and still seemed to use every space for my stuff. I got the single room though, so keep that in mind. Hotel was in a great location 5-10 min walk to main part of the old town and right on the old harbor(obviously) would definitely stay there if I go back to Chania!"

"Rydon Hotel is a 5 star property. Rooms are spacious, complimentary bottled water each day, daily room service. Parking is available for a nominal fee each day in a gated lot. The breakfast buffet is top notch. Staff is sensational. 8 min walk to old town Chania. Highly recommend this property"

"The breakfast options were plentiful and a little different each day. We booked a sauna/jacuzzi, which was wonderful. An easy walk to the water, the beach, wonderful view from our room. Would definitely stay here again. "

"A great hotel. Our room was really comfortable and spotlessly clean. The staff are all so welcoming, friendly and can’t do enough to help you. Great set up and ideal for a holiday. "

"The hotel is beautiful! It has a decent size but feels like we are in a boutique hotel. Never crowded or noisy. Service was excellent. Super clean and beautifully decorated. The beach is lovely, sandy and calm and just a few steps away from the hotel what's really convenient. There are several restaurants around the hotel and it's only 13min by car to Chania old town. The pools are amazing, but cold. Also the private plunge in the room was too cold. The bathroom was small and with no shelves to put our toiletries. The shower had only a small curtain protecting it and water was going everywhere. Spa was beautiful but only 30 min access included per day. Breakfast was varied and delicious! Drinks are expensive. Overall an amazing place in a great location with a perfect set up for a relaxed beach holiday. Highly recommended! "
