"The hotel is pretty new. It’s very clean and room is big. Nice balcony with clothes rack. The hosts are very welcoming, lovely, and helpful. Highly recommend to take the tour that the hotel offered. Coffee and tea are served to guests all day long. The hotel is so closed to everything. A few minutes walk to the central bus hub, a great bakery, all shoppings, restaurants, and even a good supermarket. Yet it locates in a very quiet neighborhoods. Nice swimming pool. "The hotel is amazing and very convenient for travelers catching flights out of Athens airport avoiding the crazy Athens traffic. You walk a few steps out of airport and the hotel is right there. The recommended bar and restaurant on the 9th floor was incredible and the pool was nice after a long travel day. Highly recommended this hotel."

"La chambre est grande, propre et agréable. La piscine sur le toit ainsi que le déjeuner au 9 e étage sont absolument formidables. Le buffet est l’un des plus faste et les meilleurs que j'ai mangé, avec la vue en plus, ça commence très bien la journée. Il y a un arrêt de Big bus et sightseeing, mais ils commencent à passer vers 10:00 et sont aux 80 minutes environ. On peut se déplacer vers l’Acropole à pied, c’est faisable, mais pas très convivial, mais l’option est tout de même là. Il y a un petit dépanneur 24h à 3 minutes de marche où on peut trouver de l’eau et des fruits frais. Nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour"

"Overall this property and the staff were beautiful and amazing. I did have a few issues 1.My room pool wasn't cleaned everyday (leaves and wind debris. 2. I went out two days all day and my room wasn't cleaned when I returned 3. The minibar attendant and the maids would come in the room anytime without waiting for me to say come in. I never experienced this in a hotel before. 4. There was a extra charge of 15 Euros a day at check out. for what? Even with these 4 issues I would stay at the hotel again. I hope this review will help."

"We stayed at Volcano View Hotel after renting a car and driving from the airport. Overall this hotel truly deserves its 5 stars. The view is magical, especially if your room faces the ocean. The pool area is beautifully designed: you can swim, relax, and sunbathe while looking out at the ocean through the glass. Our room was very nice, fresh, clean, and comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent, and everything was changed and taken care of properly. We also really liked the gym. It was clean, high quality, and had very good equipment. The front desk staff were outstanding. During check-in, check-out, and whenever we had questions, they were kind, patient, and happy to help. They gave us useful local advice, restaurant suggestions, and explained traditions and details that are hard to find online. The hotel restaurant itself was good, and the buffet was very tasty. However, the only disappointing part was the attitude of some of the girls working in the restaurant. A few times they seemed unfriendly and impatient, and looked at us as if we were doing something wrong. As visitors, we may not always know local customs, but we would expect more kindness and understanding. After two or three uncomfortable experiences, we stopped eating there and chose other restaurants. I hope the hotel management speaks with the restaurant staff and helps them become more welcoming and professional. This was the only negative point in an otherwise beautiful and high-quality hotel experience."
