"The breakfast was excellent with a great variety and helpful staff. The local area is not great to look at but at least there are lots of good restaurants within walking distance. The room was nice but even though it was that warm outside the room was still warm and the air con didn’t work. My main complaint: The hotel uses a photo of its rooftop pool as its main advertising yet it was under construction at the start of April so there was no possibility of using it. This was very disappointing and we had to travel to a nearby beach. Staff including the manger were very dismissive when I enquired about using the pool. Just because it is cold for locals doesn’t mean that those who come from colder climates can’t use the pool. I appreciate the weather was not great on some days but on most days we would have used it."

But when we came back the air conditioning was working and the second stay was much more enjoyable. The staff was super welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was very good with lots of different things to choose from. "
