Hotels with Airport Shuttle in Colorado

"I had a fairly poor experience. I stayed two nights over there. My room didn’t have hangers so I asked the front desk to send me hangers and they said they will. The y never sent hangers during my stay! Last morning I had early meeting and I went out early and when I came back to the hotel was 9 am. I asked the front desk when is ending of serving the breakfast and the lady that apparently it was her first day said 10:30 am. So I said I will go and wrap up my luggage and come down for breakfast. I came back at 10:00 am and saw they cleaned up!! I asked the front desk and they said it finished at 10 am!!! I asked if they can have a solution since their statement was misleading, and the supervisor also said i cannot do anything and I need to ask owner of hotel for this simple thing!! I said or , then can you ask? She said he is not available. Without any resolution , I left. Poor management and hospitality"

"To be honest the hotel was quite pleasent but the smell iminating from it was beyond tolerable. I know this hotel bases itself on the balances of the earth and the universe which is why calming and healing oils/scents are used but the strength of these said essintial oils/scents was over powering and neasuating. The elevators gave me a headache and every where near the service desks gave me a headache and made me feel sick to my stomach. Its like there was someone standing next to me wearing WAY to much cologne. Also, the customer service gentleman wore to much cologne and the valet attendent left our car reaking of a pungent cologne as well. Dont get me wrong.. i like a nice scent here and there but the hotel itself had too much and so did its employees."
