"Very good location - nice for a first-time visit. Good breakfast and helpful staff. Building is well renovated. Rooms could be better for the price though - A/C was very loud so had to keep windows open instead (the would not work so well if I went in summer), one time there was some unpleasant bathroom smell, and card key kept demagnetizing twice a day - time to fix the card system. Would still recommend the place overall."

"First time staying at the Hard Rock Hotel and first time in Madrid. Everyone was great, staff was friendly and helpful especially Ana Maria, she was so friendly and helpful. She helped us book a bus tour to Toledo and Segovia also helped us book a Flamenco show. She made great recommendations of restaurants and bars to check out. She always greeted us when she saw us. Great experience, I would definitely stay here again. "
