- This is a basement Flat and should have been listed as one
- It can get rather noisy upstairs with banging and a dog running around
- If you are afraid of Dogs, although the connecting door upstairs oppsoite the bathroom is locked, there was a few times the dog was heard near the door.

"A fabulous, well kept, seafront hotel. This was our second time staying at this superb hotel and it was a fabulous as we remembered, with the addition of being further refreshed/updated during lockdown. In an unbeatable seafront location, with wonderfully kept gardens with tropical planting, a large lawn with loungers and large terrace with lots of seating. Our room was lovely and roomy with super comfy large bed, with lovely crisp white linen and beautiful fluffy white towels and toiletries...

- Georgian elegance meets indulgence at this spa hotel with deep-tissue massages, hot stones, and poolside rest.
"Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. From start to finish absolutely fantastic!! We were upgraded to a "Garden suite". The room was very spacious, clean and you had a little terrace.
The hotel is run by the Pascoe family.
Breakfast was to order and you also had a station for bread, cereals and yoghurts. I would like to mention Mrs P, who makes the most amazing jams!! My favourite was the Kiwi jam. I would like to say a big thank you to Denise Bell and the other staff for looking after us.
