Mi reserva era de media pensión y al día siguiente de llegar ( llegamos sobre las 21:00h) me dicen que no me corresponde ni el desayuno ni la cena pq segun ellos solo tengo reservado alojamiento. Tras mostrarles la reserva que yo tenia de alojamiento con media pension para 2 adultos y 2 niños, finalmente nos dejaron lo q yo tenia contratado, pero no conformes me dicen que ellos no trabajan con hoteles.com, y q solo estan en booking. "No hay personal. No hay restaurante, ni recepción. Son apartamentos aislados en el monte. No te recibe nadie. Ni siquiera nos han pedido la identificación a los huéspedes. A la llegada no habia nadie para recibirnos. La decoración y diseño de los apartamentos es muy bonita pero no tienen casi ajuar para poder cocinar. No están preparados para el calor."
