"You are not allowed to park in front to take you bags out, the front door parking ONLY FO HOTEL’s shuttles, very stupid and they actually asked you to park down the hill. Horrible front door service, people are very rude not well trained or educated. "

WiFi is strong throughout the hotel to support WiFi calling and video calls (from room). Breakfast is delicious with standard options and local dishes. "

The breakfast was delicious with a variety of dishes. Really enjoyed the clean pool, gym, and steam room each evening. WiFi was strong enough to facilitate working from the room on a video call. "

"We had a short turn around as we passed through Quito from the Galapagos to return home. we arranged the VIP Airport transfers and were very pleased. signed pickup at the airpot and a quick 5 min transfer to the hotel. the welcome was wonderful with pleasant and very helpful reception. the room was clean and very quiet (as we went to bed at 6:30 PM and awoke at 1:00 AM to depart for our flight. We had an early supper and drinks at the hotel bar which was very tasty and reasonably priced. Only thing is we missed the breakfast due to our "Early" departure! the VIP transfer was extremely helpful at 01:30 AM easily whisking us back to the airport. We would readily stay at this property for future travel through Quito!"
