City Art Hotel Silberstein

4.0 star property
8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (33)
"Cute room in a converted turn-of-the-century home. The owner is sweet and staff are on hand to make breakfast for you between 6:30 and 9:00 am (you just need to tell them when you will be awake). We were able to arrange for transport to and from the hotel. Nice decorative touches throughout the home and a lovely garden. Small downsides: 1. The room we were in had stains on the carpet and mildew in the shower -- both things that can be fixed, and weren't overwhelming negative factors. 2. I...

"This place is amazing for a quiet and restful stay, also if you want to have a romantic time. Food at the restaurant is really good, although little expensive, otherwise I would do this as my weekend place to lunch or dinner. For sure a recommended place to stay if you want to be close to the city key touristic points, or if you will go up to Pichincha summit "

Marquiz Hotel Boutique

3.5 star property
9.0 out of 10, Wonderful, (67)
"This place is horrible. Reviews seem to be super old, and there may have been a time where the hotel was great, but this time around it was horrible. - Overpriced to what you get - NO hot water - Barely working shower head - Dirty sheets - Unbearable concierge, that closes the outside doors with a lock, forcing me to wake him up when I came back after a party on Saturday night. He also clearly expressed that I bothered him. - Expressed all the above and they answered "it is what it is". - They...
