"Stayed there for 3 nights and was great, staff is very friendly, location is perfect and rooms are clean and spacious, the only downside is having a room with street view because it can get noisy, interior rooms are much better. Overall the hotel is great, I will stay there again next time I go to Quito."
"Our hotel booking came with free airport pick-up, but we didn't see the pick-up person at first. We were trying to figure out how to get a hold of the hotel when I walked outside and spotted someone walking up with a sign with my husband's name on it. The desk clerk didn't speak English, so we used our limited Spanish to get by. He gave us an English dinner menu, and we went to order at the front desk where we were told it would take about an hour for our food to be ready.
