"The location and attached restaurant were the only perks. Over priced for what we got. We arrived 29min before valet was closed, long drive, and they were nowhere to be found along with front desk telling us to park on the street and get up early to move the truck. Our room was near the laundry room and staff start laundry early with loud machines. You would figure that wouldve been designed to be on a lower floor? I dunno about others, but usually people go on vacation to get away from being forced awake. We asked for our diesel truck to NOT be valet into the garage as it cleared by 1"... they moved it anyways. Also asked the for the shower floor to be cleaned while we were out since there was pink soap scum on it. It never got cleaned. Refunding us $57 off our stay was not worth ever going back. Free cheap candy bar and over crowded Managers reception not great perks."

"I recently stayed at this hotel and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The staff was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. They made me feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of throughout my stay. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and inviting, and it was clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining the property. I truly appreciated the level of service and would not hesitate to return in the future."

"Trying to park at the hotel was challenging, however once we found the parking garage across the street we were good. We had an amazing view on the 63rd floor. My only complaint was the shower smelled like mildew and the lack of hooks for towels to hang... Staff was great"

"The Hilton was horrible! There was trash under the desk when we first arrived in our room. Piles of dirty sheets and broken glass in the hallways that was never cleaned up over 3 days/2 nights. Very loud hallways and no one would do anything about it. It took waiting for 10 elevators before there was room. Staff was obviously overwhelmed and unable to handle anything!"
